My diary Critical Reading " Reflection "

When I know that I will study Critical Reading. I was concern. I think it was too hard. Of course, It was truth but I glad to study with Dr. Usa again. She was very punctual so she was great master for everyone. For this course; I have more reading skill such as I leaned to read more information; culture, fact or opinion ,book review, movie review and more. I think I can apply some tricks from this course with another subject and dairy life. After I finished this course I have more good develop my reading skill. It made me to understanding more than. I love this course. I love teacher. She was a good teacher and I hope that I will study with her on next term. See you next term.^____^

Today this last class for Critical reading. Teacher told about all homework who one don't submit to her. Someone can submit again. She was very kind.^_____^ I have submit already. She told about scores for all  test in the pass. I was happy because I feel pleasure for my scores.^^ Then we  continue to Facebook .

We answer the questions. Before we finished class; teacher teach for  good teacher such as we should attention ,punctual like her. She was punctual. I love her.She to us that have good luck for final test.

I have fun and happy. Thank you for teacher and this lesson.^_____^

Today, I leaned about Reading Editorials such as newspaper and news magazines. I read more news in this exercise. When we read an editorials, we can look for positive and negative words. I did the exercise; this information very long " Another enormous ObamaCare 'Oops' ". I think it was too hard because I read a lot of information. I circle or underline the names of people, organizations and important facts. It was hard to me but it made to develop my  critical reading skill. When we finished that lesson I leaned about Reading News articles next. We leaned about Facebook; It is popular in online generation.Teacher told students to shared the key words about Facebook on while board.I saw everyone was interesting and fun because they know more about Facebook. We read information in sheet but not finish and then I have homework about the question this less. For today, I know more about Facebook and it made me know about benefit or blame for using it.  I like this lesson and it was important for me. I should know. I was fun and happy. Thank you teacher and friends that you made me happy.^____^

Today, I send my homework and I continued learn about the advertisement from last week.We learned about the theme of advertisement, is different from a feather. We lean how to fine type of product, brand name , words positive connotation , important feature, traget audience and theme of the ad. Finally, she gave us news sheets is about reading editorials, then she assigned homework for us to find 3 advertisements. I think this lesson so difficult. I think made me  develop my reading skill and critical think. I wilI choose  ad. For today I was enjoyed in this class.I was fun. Thank you^___^

Today, First of all teacher asked us about the details of movie reviews and wrote it on the whiteboard. Then she gave us some sheets are about movie reviews for examples; The First Grader. Next, she gave some worksheet and we did them together. I leaned about special effects,comedy thriller or actor in movie review. I know about positive or negative of movie reviews. Finally we learned about reading advertisement and we did exercise on the sheets. Before I finished class today, she assigned me homework to find the movie reviews . I think this lesson was important  and it could be improve my English skills. I enjoyed in this class. Thank you

Today, I had a critical reading class with Dr. Usa Noytim. Today I learned about reading book review. I knew about two general kinds of book review : fiction and non-fiction. Teacher gave us new sheet about the Teaching Reading Skills in a Foreign Language book review. We read them together and did exercise.For examples it made me know that whiche one is positive and negative comment in that passage. . Finally,teaches gave assignment for us to find some book review. I think this lesson was difficult but I enjoyed in this class. Thank you^^

Today,I was very exciting because I have the mid-term test.After finished test. I think it was difficult. After the test, we learned about the review of The First Grader again to more understand. Then, teacher gave the new sheet for us. That sheet was about skill of Author’s purpose, Author’s tone, Author’s point of view and Author’s intended audience. It help me more understand the several passages . I think this lesson quite difficult, but it made me to understand when we need to read and find the Author’s purpose, Author’s tone, Author’s point of view and Author’s intended audience in the passage.  I knew more vocabulary. Thank you

Today, I had a critical reading with Dr. Usa Noytim. I reviewed the old topic The First grader. We discussed this true story with my partner and shared some ideas. Then, we did exercises of that story together and checked the answers. It made me know more about Maruge's life and I shared about my opinion for  between "You're never too old to learn " and " You can't teach an old dog new tricks". It was excited for me.Finally, teacher gave me assignments and I discussed about the immigration in each country . For today I think this class is fun and I enjoyed and happy . Thank you.

Today is 25 July 2013. I had a critical reading with Dr. Usa Noytim. First, she asked us to think and discuss with partner that topic about what important things do people learn in school and what were the three most useful things you learned in school.  She opened The First Grader movie for us .It was about the old man want to study in the primary school. It was very good movie.I like it.For this lesson; I have more knowledge about form this movie. I was interesting and exciting . I was enjoyed for this lesson. Thank you for good  teacher's teaching.^_______^

     Today is 18 July 2013. Dr.Usa asked us to attend the 5 NPRU national academic conference research for sustainable ragional development toward ASEAN community at SU building. I apsented because I was sick. I was sorry.

I absented because I was sick but I asked what they studied on Today with my friends. I know that studied about The Age of Immigrant in the old sheet. Today, teacher  assigned the homework to find immigrant of each country and discuss in your group about important topic of immigration. I so sad I absented I miss teacher and friends.^^

Today I  learned about how to find the main ideas. She asked students about what is the main idea and how is it important. She explained about skills and strategies of main ideas. We learned about the early hypothesis formation and testing step by step to find the main ideas.

 I did some exercises. I think it was difficult because they had many difficult vocabularies. Finally I had a quiz about fact and opinion. I think this lesson is difficult but I can tried.

I learned about Facts and Opinions. I learned distinguishing between Facts and Opinions then  divided each group and compose sentences. We present it in classroom. The last one I read the passages and answer the question Healthier, low-fat lunch opinions in school cafeterias. Today I think I have a lot of activities so I am tried but I have a lot of knowledge too. I have fun.

Today, I learned about Popular Culture Critical Reading. It is “ sushi  ” and its popularity in the United States. When I learned about food I feel  hungry^^. I  learned about  story of sushi more than. I have exercise. I think this lesson is important and we should have other knowledge because it is important for study. I have a lot of knowledge but I have a stomachache.

Today, I learned  about Leonardo da Vinci’s painting Mona Lisa and analyze about painting. I have 2  aspects when I see her eyes I feel sad but I see mouth I feel happy. I knew about her more than.

Today , This is beginning for Critical Reading. I study with Dr.Usa again. I glad to meet her  again.^^ She is punctual. She gives the course Syllabus for students. I learned about meaning of Critical Reading. Before I will study this subject I hope I gotten grade  B + but now I hope grade . I learned about expect to lean Critical reading. I found this subject  was difficult for me but I can tried. It was challenging for me.
